1. Click on Items List
In the main navigation menu, select the "Inventory" module and click on "Items List".
2. Select the Item
Search for the item in the items list and click on the "Update" icon.
3. Select the SKU#
To update the item, click on the SKU#
4. Adjust Quantity and Select Reason
You can adjust the quantity by either adding or subtracting a quantity in the "Adjust Quantity" field or adjusting the overall warehouse quantity in the "New WH Quantity" field. Then, select a reason for the adjustment.
5. Add Description and Click "Save"
6. Verify Adjustment
Click on the "History" tab and verify the adjustment. Then click "Close".
