▶️How To Navigate Invoicing Reports

1. Click on Customer Invoicing

In the main navigation menu, select the Reports module and click on "Customer Invoicing"

2. Report: CST-2005 Customer Invoices

This report provide details on all invoices for a given customer for a given duration. Filter invoices by the person who created the invoice, invoice status, order type as well as the current order status of the order for which the invoice is created. "Summary" or "Summary Detail" in the output available.

3. Customer Invoices

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet. You can also email the report by clicking on the envelope icon.

4. Report CST-2010: Customer Spend Report

Find the total of the customer spend with the client for a given duration. Customize the report to identify spend by order, order date or items.

5. Customer Spend Report

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet.

6. Report CST-2015: Special Customer Invoices Report

This report provide details on all invoices for a given customer for a given duration. Filter invoices by the person who created the invoice, invoice status, order type as well as the current order status of the order for which the invoice is created. "Summary" or "Summary Detail" in the output available. Primary difference from the CST-2005 is the report provide less information than the CST-2005, such as sales tax and shipping is excluded.

7. Special Customer Invoices Report

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet.

8. Report: CST-2020 Billed Order Report

This report provides billing information by customer including unbilled and completed orders.

9. Billed Order Report

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet.

10. Report: CST-2025 Customer Statement

This report generates statements for customers that includes all customer facing transactions that have yet to be paid.

11. Customer Statement

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet.

12. Email Statement

You can also email the customer statement by clicking on the envelope icon.

💡 Tip!

If you click on "Summary with Detail", Aturian will generate a customer statement and copies of all unpaid invoices.

13. Report: CST-2030 Customer Invoice Items Report

This report provide item level detail per customer invoice.

14. Customer Invoice Items Report

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet.

15. Report: CST-2035 Order Profit Summary

This report combines all customer invoice, supplier invoice and adjustments totals to provide net order profitability.

16. Order Profit Summary

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as an excel spreadsheet.

17. Report: CST-2070 New Customer Invoice Items Report

This report provides item level detail for all new contacts ("Cost Center") created within a specified time period. Please note current customers may be listed on this report if a new contact was created for the current customer.

18. New Customer Invoice Item Report

Select desired criteria. Then, click "Submit". You can download the report as a PDF or excel spreadsheet.
