1. Click on Add Customer
In the Main Navigation Menu, expand the Customer module and click "Add Customer"
2. Customer Information
In the "Customer Information" tab, complete the available text fields, such as Customer Name, Primary Sales Person and Commission Profile. If this new customer is a subsidiary of a parent account, select the "Parent Customer". If the new customer share any inventory with another customer, specify that the "Inventory Shares With" field. Ensure the "Active Customer" check box is selected.
3. Click on Address
In the "Address" tab, complete as many fields as possible. Note the option to copy from the shipping address or billing address.
4. Click on General Contact Information
Select the "General Contact Information" and complete as many fields as possible, such as first and last name, phone number and email address. If billing information is complete, you can also copy the billing contact.
5. Click on Billing Information
In the "Billing Information" tab, complete the credit routine to be used, such as Net 30, tax routine, such as tax-exempt, credit limit, and Tax ID information. If late fees are to be assessed for past due invoices, select the check box to generate a service charge.
6. Click on Billing Address
Select "Billing Address" and either enter the information or copy the mailing address or shipping address.
7. Click on Billing Contact
Select "Billing Contact" and either enter the information or copy general contact information.
8. Click on Order Processing/Pricing
Select the "Order Processing/Pricing" tab and complete as many fields as possible. Review the customer margin and if the customer requires their order number to display on invoices, select "customer order number required".
9. Click on Communication Methods
In the "Communication Methods" select all appropriate methods of communications. Pay close attention to how to send customer invoices and statements.
10. Click on Other Information
In the "Other Information" tab, you can update the shipping confirmation information. Within the "Other Information" tab, the "other information" link allows you to add birthday and anniversary information. If the customer is to receive any royalties from orders, you can add that information here as well. If all the information is complete for the customer, click "Save" to save the new customer.

💡 Tip!
If at any point you need to make edits to the customer, within the "Mange Customer" option, click "Manage" in the top toolbar drop down, and select "Edit".
