▶️How To Audit Sales Journal & Transmit Invoices

1. Click on Sales Journal

In the Main Navigation Menu, expand the Invoicing module, and click "Sales Journal".

2. Select Invoices

You can select individual invoices, specific customers, or click the "Check All" check box to process all invoices.

3. Click on Audit

Select the "Audit" tab, "Print" and "Submit" to review the selected invoices. You will have the ability to export to a spreadsheet to better analyze the data.

4. Click on Close

Once the sales journal is approved, select the "Close" tab and close the sales journal to impact the general ledger.

5. Click on Transmit Invoices

To send invoices to customers, in the top menu bar, click "Transmit Invoices".

6. Click on Selected

Click "Selected" tab and remove all previously selected customer invoices.

7. Select Invoices

In the "All Invoices" tab, you can narrow your selection by searching for specific invoices, adding a filter, selecting specific customers or invoices, or click the "Check All" check box.

8. Process Selected Invoices

Then, click on the "Selected" tab and click "Process for Email" or "Process for Print"

9. Click Send All

Verify email addresses and click "Send All". If a customer has multiple invoices, you can send them individually or as a group.
